Phoenix Art Garage is a 1,500 square foot artist-run creative space in the heart of downtown Phoenix, designed to support both an artist's independent practice as well as a meaningful artistic community. Our space includes seven open-air creative suites, arranged in an "Atelier" layout for community integration. This social-professional space is perfect for extroverted artists who feel isolated working at home. We also include two deep-work sanctuaries studios, perfect for artists who need it quiet and zero distractions. The garage also includes a 600 sq ft flexible gallery/classroom/workshop area that resident artists may use respectfully when not scheduled for events.

Please note: the space does not include a kiln or specialized ventilation. Artists are expected to clean shared spaces after use so they remain ready for exhibitions and classes.

- May exhibit work, host classes, workshops, or pop-up markets at no additional charge (with calendar scheduling)
- Can choose to collaborate on First Friday events, open studio nights, and peer review sessions
- May be featured on our website and event promotions upon request
- Share space with artists of all levels, from full-time professionals to students and hobbyists

- Minimum 3-month lease
- Security deposit: half of one month’s rent
- No additional fees
